Join our National Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (NPQQ) - Stage 2

Background

In order to fulfil the full potential of the National Pre-Qualification Questionnaire Database Stage 2 registration is advised, but you can only start once you have completed Stage 1. This increases your chances as you are displayed as low risk and separated from stage one suppliers. Your answers are also checked & approved by an external independent verifier Achilles - adding further value. In order to strengthen your company’s National PQQ portfolio you will also be able to upload documents. Once the process is completed your company will be verified up to £100,000 per individual tender.

This final stage is available for as little as £185+VAT per annum.

The Process

Stage 2 further increases your knowledge of PQQ’s, as the process starts by filling in a more in-depth PQQ. The next step is a document uploading tool, which allows you to have documents verified (e.g. certificates) to further strengthen your portfolio. Both your answers and documents are checked by an external independent verifier (Achilles). Verifying these alone could cost thousands of pounds. Document expiries are managed via an alert system to stop them becoming out of date. Once these processes have been completed, your organisation will be verified for works up to the value of £100,000.

NOTE: A successful registration means your details are available on the database to buyers, it does not mean you will have a list of opportunities to browse. The registration process does not guarantee that you will receive orders for tenders and quotation exercises that you may be invited to participate in.
