This is all done via a web portal which allows all suppliers to register FREE of charge by answering 23 of the most commonly asked questions that a public organisation requires answering before commencement of business, without adding the risk to the spending of the public purse.

This prior to tender questionnaire acts as self-help and helps ensure that suppliers are less likely to fail a tender for wrong answers given under the pressure of actual tenders.

The database is very secure and can only be accessed by confirmed public sector buyers who are accessing supplier information.
